Download your customer info from your VectorConnect account & upload it to MailChimp to update your customer email database. This way you will lose very few email addresses for future marketing!
Monthly Task - prepare your monthly email to be sent out. Remember the rule: send 3-4 value-adding emails before sending out a sales email. For example, to send out a Flash Sale email in July for SC2, send out 3-4 value-adding emails starting in April. You can send out a Mother's Day themed email in May and a Father's Day themed email in June too!
Write Thank You Cards - Look at your orders from the past week on your VectorConnect account (or from when you last wrote thank you cards) and write thank you cards to every client you have not already sent a thank you card to. Additionally, you can look at your schedule from the last 1-2 weeks and write thank you cards to any prospects that did not buy from you and thank them for their time seeing your presentation (for a demo) or thank them for the opportunity to serve them (service call) and that it was great meeting them.
