Send a confirmation email to your customer after booking your presentation (or as soon as possible)
Send a reminder text to your customer the morning of your presentation
Do your best to see husbands and wives together. If you'd like to see a spouse alone, talk to your manager.
Be energetic and smile!
Collect stories and written testimonials from past customers
If your customer asks for prices in the middle of your presentation, say: “I don't want to give away the end of the movie, I’ll go over all the prices at the end!”
Be patient with any technical issues
Follow this manual word for word!
Still do the FULL presentation. It’s great practice for you and many customers forget the important details!
