Your Base Pay sheet is like your time card that you must submit weekly in order to be paid for the demos that you've completed. Base Pay sheets are due weekly on Mondays (unless otherwise specified)Â and must be sent to your manager, or handed in in person.
Be sure to fill out BOTH sides of the form.
